well, my friend finished his lactagen program a few days ago and everything is going great. he's actually having dairy again without any of the gross symptoms! my suggestion to you would be to give lacta…

lactagen to my lactose intolerance rescue?
So i've been reading up on some stuff regarding medication and treatments for my lactose intolerance but i haven't found anything yet.
